Our advanced processing facility in Momence, Illinois gives us the kind of flexibility that sets us apart—and quality control that is second to none. Numerous processing lines have been built over the years to continue meeting the growing demands of our customers. Our diverse processing capabilities include grinding, milling, cutting, and blending. Our state-of-the-art processing facility also allows us the flexibility to provide specialized ingredients and custom cut sizes for new product development and unique formulations.
But it only starts there. A constant commitment to quality control and food safety is demonstrated throughout our process. Advanced technology enables us to perform additional quality assurance including metal detection and removal, rare earth magnets, air separation, de-stoning, fumigation, steam sterilization, gravity sieve separation, specialized laser sorting, and X-ray detection. Intense foreign material equipment is in place to constantly monitor the environment.
