Key Account Sales Manager
Silva International is an established food ingredient manufacturer in Momence, Illinois, looking to add to our sales team. This full-time position would manage major industrial customer accounts, as well as contribution of your experiences for sales development and to cultivate growth. A high-energy and motivated individual is needed to manage top-level relationships, existing product line sales, and development of new business for continued profitable growth of your customer group and development of new clients. This will also require routine travel to your customer base throughout the year.
This person would work together with the VP of Sales and sales support staff in order to maintain and monitor sales, build customer contracts, as well as strategic planning for growth.
Candidates will need a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, 5-10 years of large contract sales experience in food related markets, plus strong personal, verbal, written, organizational and communicative skills. This is a full time, salary+commission position with a benefits package including paid vacation, health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401K retirement plan.
