Basic Functions

  • Process and post customer payments and credits.
  • Record all vendor invoices into the ERP System to proper GL accounts and scan supporting documents for filing.
  • Obtain appropriate support documentation, including approval on quantity, cost and payment authorization for all vendor invoices.
  • Monitor PO system for PO’s received not vouchered.
  • Prepare weekly check disbursement report, issue approved payments, mail payments and supporting documentation, and post all electronic and check disbursements to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Prepare Raw Material Invoices for payment, provide vendors with proof of payment.
  • Communicate with Vendors to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain Vendor files including applications for credit, W-9’s and Certificates of Insurance from Service providers.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills:

  • Accounting experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented, organized, proficient in use of Excel, Word and ERP Software.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.

This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position (base pay range = $18.75-$20.75/hour; job offer to be commensurate with candidate experience) with benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k retirement plan with employer match, employee assistance program, employer gift-matching program, wellness program, and company-paid holidays.
