Training Assistant

Silva is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Training Assistant to support our Operations Team by creating and providing training to new and current employees.
Basic Functions:
- Support Operations Team by converting Standard Operating Procedures, Job Instruction Breakdowns, and One-Point Lessons into Power Point presentations.
- Input completed Power Point presentations into Learning Management System (Alchemy).
- Support Operations Team by creating and modifying training.
- Organize, plan, communicate, and deliver in-person training presentations to new and current employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exhibits a positive and professional attitude
- Communicates clearly and effectively and pays close attention to detail.
- Ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and strong writing skills.
- Ability to create and design training, presentations.
- Ability to take information and turn it into easily understandable and thorough training content.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Standard office environment
- Standard manufacturing environment
This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits package that includes paid vacation, health insurance, dental, vision, and 401K retirement plan.
