Silva is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Training Assistant to support our Operations Team by creating and providing training to new and current employees.

Basic Functions:

  • Support Operations Team by converting Standard Operating Procedures, Job Instruction Breakdowns, and One-Point Lessons into Power Point presentations.
  • Input completed Power Point presentations into Learning Management System (Alchemy).
  • Support Operations Team by creating and modifying training.
  • Organize, plan, communicate, and deliver in-person training presentations to new and current employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Exhibits a positive and professional attitude
  • Communicates clearly and effectively and pays close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group.
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and strong writing skills.
  • Ability to create and design training, presentations.
  • Ability to take information and turn it into easily understandable and thorough training content.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standard office environment
  • Standard manufacturing environment

This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits package that includes paid vacation, health insurance, dental, vision, and 401K retirement plan.
