  • Key Account Sales Manager

    A high-energy and motivated individual is needed to manage top-level relationships, existing product line sales, and development of new business for continued profitable growth of your customer group and development of new clients.

  • Product Development – Food Scientist

    We are seeking a full-time Food Scientist to provide expertise in planning, designing and implementing research and development of dehydrated vegetable and related ingredients from bench to production, to provide customers with leading edge flavor, texture, nutrition and quality.

  • Safety Manager

    As we continue to grow, we're seeking a full-time Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives and safety team. The Safety Manager will develop and enforce Silva Environmental Health and Safety Guidelines and maintain Silva Safety Programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

  • Production Scheduler

    We are seeking a full-time production scheduler to efficiently schedule production rooms to ensure high customer order fill rate. Responsibilities include product BOM maintenance, raw material allocation, SOP maintenance, and closing productions in ERP system while working closely with Production Superintendents to optimize room capacities and achieve schedule attainment goals.

  • Shipping Clerk

    We are seeking a full-time Shipping Clerk to efficiently support our outbound shipment processes by providing accurate documentation, labeling and shipment prep to ensure on time fulfillment for customer shipments.

  • Maintenance Technician

    We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work independently across shifts to troubleshoot, repair mechanical issues, and impact process improvement while performing preventative and routine maintenance tasks on plant production machinery, building and equipment.

  • Plant Supervisor

    We are seeking a full-time Second Shift Plant Supervisor to work independently to lead production teams and improve processes to achieve goals.

  • Quality Control Analyst

    Are you a detail-oriented individual? We are looking for someone to become part of our Quality Team. Responsibilities include ERP data entry and review, monitoring product specifications, and lab result validation to ensure deliverable quality.
