Brewed soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt, water) is blended with maltodextrin and salt, then cooked and spray dried. The material is then sifted and metal checked. Silva’s production facility is an FSSC22000 certified operation. The fresh raw material is grown mainly throughout China.
